It is very important for you to be aware of the legal issues and possible risks. Every country has its own surrogacy laws and we all need to respect them.

Therefore legal advice will be provided together with the regulations of the country/ies which will be involved in your individual plan.

There is a good number of choices out there however not everything is possible. We will make sure that you are in good hands all the time and that the whole process is safe and smooth.

When the baby is born, there are a few steps that must be followed. The baby must become a citizen, must have a travel document to leave the country and parental rights must be established.

One of our partnering agencies will take care of this for you. All of that is being done in cooperation with the embassy and authorities in the particular country.
